Personally, I can't see how this is 'excellent' and 'inspirational'. The symmetry and composure seem sloppy. The eye isn't lead around the picture but rather in a confused series of straight, unbalanced lines. Moving the bird so it doesn't sit listlessly in the horizontal and vertical strokes would perhaps improve it.
