Description

It's 2am and just got home from celebrating New Year's Eve. Lost $10 at the bar while dancing to some terrible karioke music sung by a friend's daughter and I already have a headache. Typical New Years :) Bryce, Bryce, and Daz dragonfly. Yes, the trees are very straight. They do grow like that in some areas of the globe but mostly I need to learn to use my Cinema4D to create a better tree. Give me time :)

Very peaceful grove, lovely picture. The white flowers (daisies?), do look out of place. They're flat and thick and a little large. Great job lighting this scene.

Wonderful atmosphere. And yes, in Holland we have such straight trees too. I call such a wood a 'green cathedral'.

Thanks everyone :) I just got a new monitor as my old one was way too dark and finally went to blue. I did not know that I had so much color in this image. Most of my images look strange to me now, lol. It's like starting over.

How is the slanting light done. I have tried various adjustments to the lighting in Bryce but have not as yet achieved anything like this. Could you give me some help? I agree with you about the trees; you should see gums in the Dandenong national park. They grow absolutely straight up for tens of metres.
