I think this is a really cool render. I just a little troubled by some of the grass's height. But then again, I'm no expert on that. Really great work, definately one of my favorites!

i attempted building a castle once. it looked nowhere near as good as this... i mean, heck i only built half a tower haha this is really great work dude. very nice look

Looks deserted... as compared with your terrific marketplace scenes, but brilliant modeling and texture work. I think the comment on the grass height for scale is a fair call. Still, this really does deserve a vote!

The castle looks fantastic and way detailed, but - don't know if it is due the lighting or the POV from above or if I am simply missing a fosse - it seems to me lika modelling castle, not a real one. Anyway, excellent.
