Practice makes perfect - good stuff. I was thinking some streaking from the balcony footings on the brick from rain runoff. The balcony texturing is great. You ought to write a tutorial on one of your scenes. Especially the lighting. You got that down pat.

Thanks. A lot of the textures are made using the maps from the 3dtotal cds. But there is some mix with procedural.
