VERY good fog effect, and again, the water is excellent (although it breaks down a bit up close and looks more like frosted glass than water). I like the general composition, but it would be stronger if you altered the angle a little so that the pier was pointing more toward the ships... that would effectively guide our eyes to the ships and create a central focus to the piece. Also, the large piece of wood is distracting it draws our eyes to it instead of the most interesting elements, the ships. All this combines to create a conflict in our eyes as to what we should be looking at: the large wood, the ships, the pier. And, unfortunately, in this particular conflict (as opposed to tension), nobody wins, so our eyes just kind of fall flat in the center of the piece. A few tweaks to composition would really take this image, which is still above average, to the next level! Keep at it!
