Nice pov and water settings! Perhaps a little less fractal noise on your sand layers; also try much narrower min/max height settings for your seaweed layer (sharp min, slightly fuzzy max)

Everything looks super except, the shore seems too sharp and predictable...when I render images and the shore is too straight, I use post work to smudge in some chaos and randomness. This is still a cool image!!

cool water - love the curve! - it almost matches the gap in the clouds - its not very sandy at the edge of that beach!!!
