Description

Couldn't resist exploring a terrain which I recently created which is filled with gorges and cliffs. Added some snow and icy water and came up with what you see. Bill L., this one's for you. Thanks to everyone for viewing and commenting. Terragen & ACDSee postwork

Hi, I like your terrain and cool idea with the snow on the bottom. I guess it stays out of the sun in those gorges. I think the water needs a little work, the waves might be too big, making the water look out of scale with the mountains. The ice and foreground surfacing looks all right. I would have liked to see more surfacing in the background mountains. Great terrain and POV.

Fabulous terain! The snow and ice added was a great idea. With the snow it added the ice in the water, which is fantastic. Perfect job.

Cool idea...but, the snow on verticle surfaces seems un-natural for some reason...water is cool also...could use a bit more sky...hey, don't take me too seriously...this is a super render!!

Nice terrain, pov and concept; I also agree with MJK - also, if the snow is a little loose and on the verge of melting, there'd be very little around the waterline... nice pic, nonetheless though!

Excellent pic and work !!Something disturbs me a bit in the scene - maybe the surface (snow, brown surface) ?? Like Markal something seems unnatural!! But nevertheless a great work !!
