Hi there - when you're in Poser, go to "Figure" on the toolbar and open the menu, then go to "Use Inverse Kinematics". Uncheck anything that is checked - that will enable you to move the legs, feet, arms, and hands without the whole limb moving. Legs are almost always automatically checked. Nice dress and I like the idea for the pic :)
