Description
A matte painting based on a tutorial I read. SciFi city plate in the center of the picture is by Moebius87. Search for Dystopia in free stuff. Moebius87 also has many Dystopia city addons for sale in the marketplace. Thank you very much for these wonderful models!
City plates were lined up with photo in Poser and rendered. Painted and composited in Photoshop.
