Description
On the water, the vehicle on the starboard tact (right) has the right of way. I don't know if the rule applies to competitive surfing.
Chris Rodriguez (red) and Matt Turner (blue) are on course for a collision. Both cut back to avoid a catastrophy. Matt Sapp (white) is in the foreground.
