Looks like a huge banded agate to me. With bluish green agate raised up!!! Wonderful find! I'd love to see it in person!!!!!

I've heard of shock rock... but ... JOCK ROCK???? It would be a useful natural hand grip on a sheer wall! Looks like some kind of volcanic or metamorphic crystalline intrusion that has been revealed where the sedimentary rock around it has worn away with time.
