aaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhh you live in a Glass world. Now, this is something I have seen only in pictures and have not seen in real. Sometimes when I sit with my kids and they ask............dad,how must it feel to live on the moon and I have to show them this and say......hey, we don't know what othr parts of the world looklike........ first we got to discover and wonder about it first than think of the moon.;) Beautiful shot and hope Mom finds back her health. I do understand what you are being through.......... trust me........ my mother in law who is suffering from brain tumour is going through the same phase now. More than her pain........it is our misforture to see her suffer like this. May the lord have a better answr to all the sufferings this year.

Hello Susan, first my complements for this gorgeous ice shot....just perfect. I saw it earlier and read your story above the picture and also read your own note here that you mom was very sick and that you must call the ambulance for bring her back to the hospital. Now I see you change some words. How is she doing now then? I see that you delete your own comment, just wondering how she is right now....I hope all is okay with her, and you, it must be a heavy time for you......wish you all the best and happiness in your life....we all need that

Wow, Susan! This is incredible. This looks more like an ice sculpture than something nature had done on its own. Since we do not get any snow where I live in India, pictures such as these are a treat! This is one is particularly marvellously done. Great POV.

Wonderfully glittery and gorgeous photo. You've truly captured that special timeless winter beauty. Certainly suitable for framing, or even for sale at a gallery.

You know, I recognize this fence from my own inner being. I have thought and felt my heart encapsulated with ice. Butg Susan, it has melted down. So much thoughts and prqayers that has come to me from my Renderosity friends have totally refurnisheed my inner. Today I woke up, filled with joy and love for life. I, who so many times have tried to take my life, suddenly love every moment of it. And the fragility of your photo also points to how fragile we are, how easy we get hurt. Such a lovely shot!!
