This has a watercolour on matte grey paper look. The gnarled whisps and palette used are very effective and shows the emotions of agony in it's purest form. Beautiful work!

The title and image seem very appropriate. It made me think of the tsunami and earthquake victims, and the agony of the survivors. Our entire world is in agony over the loss and destruction.
