Still playing with volumetric cloud slabs... Decided to try some reflection maps on objects in Bryce 5, here're the results. No postwork, except sharpen more in PSP. B-17G from Meshfactory, P-51D from Cacheforce and Bf-109G6 model from Taschen/De Espona 500 3D models collection. As always, constructive comments are welcome.

You might try to add contrails to the B17's and maybe just make the picture b/w and such. The Contrails would add a real sense of speed and direction to it.

I am greatly impressed and curious on many levels. How do you do reflection maps in Bryce? And... I really like the spinning props you have here. How'd you do those? I like your clouds and your ground. You are definately going in the right direction.

Your P51 is too shiney for a wartime airplane, but the scene is fantastic.

While I have Bryce I really don't use it much. Your lay out is very good here only thing should be a FW190 or a Me109 in front of that P51? One other thing is the aircraft controls are centered, if your moving an aircraft your contrls would show this. All in all Outstanding, alot better than I could do in Bryce.

Excellent work, beautifully done, and a very dramatic scene. What more can be said? Thanks!
