The texturing you did works very well...just wondering if you used a cubic projection? Anyway, as far as the texturing goes, the only thing I would improve if this was mine is the texture deformation in the mouth. I would try a set selection on the polygons inside the mouth and use PS 6 or if you are lucky enough, bodypaint, to blend the textures together. So is your creation have a full bone system yet? I look forward to seeing him skirming around. Keep up the good work.

Yep I didnt really do much for the eyes and mouth yet just extruded some holes, so if I use this model I will prolly tune those up. The tentacles and body are fully boned. But mostly just for posing, I dont know if I will do any animations. A texture deformation in the mouth sounds interesting. Thanks for the kind words I'll keep you posted on what comes up.
