Description
This was my first real attempt at painting in Paint Shop Pro - using a scanned pic of myself, I selected out the eye into a new image and painted over the pic in layers, finally deleted the original, leaving only the painted layers, then I added a textured background. Sorry it's not any bigger, but the pic was small to begin with!
