I'd almost forgotten about this one. I was looking for references for another project and came across it. Nothing in this picture is as it appears. Everything was real- in a way. The corsair- just one- was at an airshow . I took photos of it from several different angles. It and the men on the field and the runway are all the original pieces left- and the distant trees. The jeep is actually a picture of a model from one of those adds for specialty models that cost four payments of $25. It was all put together in photoshop elements using layers and then I applied the greyscale to it to give it more of a WWII look.
