Description

I love historic romances and I've read so many of them that I simply had to make one of these. This is one of the most common romance novel cover themes. Her dress is my second attempt at painting clothes. Comments, suggestions or any type of critique are more than welcome.

Very well done. One thing: perhaps you should change the posing of her hand a bit as now the dress seems to be glued to her handpalm/glove.

Your dress (cloths) painting here is awesome. The sheen of the material is teriffic! The way it really fits the body is perfect and the style is wonderful. Did you dream it up or did you do it from a model? I do agree with Aeneas about the hand, but this is really one fine image.

Thank you for the more than kind words:) I've got a somewhat fixed version(the hand) on my personal site and on PoserPros Gallery. As for the inspiration, I sketched a very rough form and went from there, it's still very basic and I hope my next one will be a lot more complex.
