I think I would love this picture if it was static and without the movement. There's so much texture and movement in the stairs themselves, that they don't need any enhancements. Hoping you post another.

Thank you very much to all for your comments. For bobca44, schmalle and drawbridgephoto, I have to tell there is absolutly no effect on this photo. This has been taken in a way to create a kind of dazing effect...

I like the whole sensation caused by this picture, the "effect" fulfills the personification of the stairwell's state of neglect... to me it seems like you made what would have been common and ugly to look at - a work of photographic art. Keep it up.
