Description

As my previous post showed my grandson, Sean, in all his glorious craziness, this one is of his sister, Karissa. And although she has her moments of silly antics, for the most part she is a girl of quiet mediation. She communes easily with nature and the animal kingdom, and often delights in setting out a feast for the fae folk under the oak tree she's sitting in. This is how she thinks, entwining herself within its boughs. She houses an 'old soul' that often springs forth in words of wisdom far beyond her child's age of six. Karissa amazes me with her insight into people and easily sees anothers motives behind their actions. She recently took me aside on a walk under the oak and told me in confidence, "Grammy, I have to tell you that of all my relatives, I love you the most. We have so much to learn from each other. But don't tell anyone because I don't want to hurt their feelings." I assured her that it was our hearts' speaking only. We are two Scorpio women with Ages to explore toward enlightenment.

She does indeed look deep in thought, perched there in that old tree. I think that she is very lucky to have you as her grandmother.... :-)

She resembles a fae herself in this image. It must be interesting having a contemplative grandchild, I'm using busy dodging hockey pucks and footballs lol.
