An excellent concept, well executed and very close to real looking (to my eye, at least). I'm so glad you chose to do this rather than another cliche threatening insecto-mechanical monster. I really like it!

Nice touch that the flower and smaller bugs also are machanical in nature. Its obvious you used a photo for starters, a bit more postwork would have hidden hat fact better. And finally, im somewhat nonplussed about the plus signs on the flower. ;)
