It looks like she's in a studio posing in front of a backdrop with vege props on either side and behind. Part of the reason is the lighting on her is so bright while the nearby plants are so subdued, when they should be the same unless she's spotlighted, which is what she appears to be, rather than lighted by sky light. Another reason is that there is no depth to the mist and sky, meaning it looks like a mural, because the fog is dense enough to be completely opaque to background details, while also being invisible anywhere on her plane, as though it is blocked by a force fiels from entering the stage upon which she is set.
