Description

Hi: Sorry to repost an old, well, not so old image but i was exploring the posibilities in Vue and poser so i give a try with HDRI lights and Radiosity and i'm really pleased with the end results! this is an untouched render with these parameters turned on, now i have no artifacts at all, i had to compress a lot the image and the quality falls a lot, the price: a 12 hours render for a mere 1800 X 2600 pixels render! i think is interesting this lights experiment so let me share it with you! Credits, the same as the original "Land of the Dragon" image, aditions, HDRI lights and Radiosity render option. Hope you like it! 12 horas? Y yo que pensaba que un render de 4 horas era mucho. 8-) La mujer te ha quedado perfecta. Me gusta mucho su postura. No slo que son esas plantas pero parecen peligrosas. El terreno del fondo se ve un poco extra, aunque eso le da un cierto aire de mundo alienigena. No ssi esa era tu intenci. Las intenciones del drag no parecen buenas. 8-)

Those lighting options do wonders for her skin and hair! I especially like the very realistic shadow lines from her outfit on her skin. The skin itself is gorgeous, and the hair came out very well too. Due to the lack of shadows the terrain looks less realistic, I'm not too happy with the big "puzzle piece" material of the medium distance terrain. The dragon looks very good again. She seems to float a bit. I found out that it's easier to use a terrain figure or prop in Poser and place the feet exactly on the surface, and then importing both Poser terrain and Poser figure into Vue. Hiding the lower parts of the feet with a patch of grass or other foliage also works very well. A lot of nitpicking, isn't it? Well, the quality of the figure and clothing is truly outstanding, so I still think this is an excellent image!

OK... strange terrain. BUT... the new LIGHT on her is unbelievable. The 3D-Effect is much better than in the other the org image. The SHADOW-areas between her clothes (LOL-clothes-LOL) OK, clothes to skin is fantastic ... nearly a photo! WHAT A DIFFERENCE!
