Description
Best described as a "digital painting". No 3D tools were used, or fancy plugins. Just photoshop brushes, smudge, burn, dodge, generate noise, and a couple other minor filters. I just regret not doing it in a higher resolution though (this is its original res). :(

Wow, that is exceptional for a raw photoshop image, do you have a tablet, please don't tell me you could achieve this with a mouse :)
