cabracan...welcome to the MojoGallery :) I have some comments so please DO NOT take offense..they are constructive :) The image looks good, however the POV (Point of View) is very flat & many sunsets can be seen in this way (including myself). try experimenting with the camera for a wide/narrow angle or amending the horizon line to a slight tilt or simply offsetting the suns position. All can add a greater dramatical effect to the overall image. My second comment is the 50/50 rule. When I attended art school many of the lecturers would tell you to try & avoid a horizon line that splits the image into 2 equal or almost equal portions. In some cases however..I would tell thek to "bugger off" as It was the effect I desired. So your off to a good start...look forward to more of your postings :)

Welcome aboard. Nice start. In at the deep end with a sunset pic ...not the easiest of renders to pull off ;)

I love the smoothness of this picture...beautiful fluidity to all the components...the water you chose was good because it breaks up the reflected light, which otherwise can get overpoweringly glarey...my usual problem!! Thank you for sharing, and look forward to seeing more!!

Very cool how you use differnent media, styles and media (I like that ;-). You managed to produce a lovely tranquil atmosphere with this scene, excellent water and reflections.
