I don't want to pick on you, in particular but you have just pointed a problem with fractal art. A explosion in space or....a spilled milkshake. The swirly whirly things may work as possible decoration but will never be representational art.

Nice colors and a good representation of your interpretation of the lights in heaven. I don't want to pick on digitalgrey in particular but you are wrong. Never say never. All art is subjective and interpreted differently by each viewer. A teacher you are not! Ruthee, I see what it is you wanted people to see here. Your interpretation of "Lights in Heaven" in your own imagination. That is the purest form of expression. Good job here!
