LOL! Try "Apo masterpiece" for starters :D You always find these amazing solid 3d patterns, this is real eye candy! Excellent details and nice gradient as well!

When I look at something like this, all I can say is woooow! So rich in depth, just the right amount of color splattered here and there, and a weave that teases the viewer in so many dimensions!! Woow!!! (=

I agree with ulli, it looks like carved ivory (well, it's a bit too red for that). Beautiful depth and 3D-effect. Wonderful!
