Description
Fast, manueverable,and highly mobile, the Ipsha "Talpa" type Scout Wheel is an advanced attack vehicle equivalent to a Terran Light Tank. The "Talpa" type Scout Wheel mounts a sophisticated targeting system, is gyroscopically balanced, and is armed with both a Beam Cannon for anti-armor operations and dual Pulse Guns for anti-personnel use. Though lightly armored it also mounts a compact shield generator for use against heavier enemy bombardment.
