In light of recent events, this is my second submission in regards to tragic events of recent day.. I'm reminded of a brilliant scene in the movie Patton. Where he's standing in full uniform in front of an unwavering flag.. I'm not the greatest artist.. nor am I the most poetic. I'm merely a college student expressing every emotion in one giant wave. I spent time in Army ROTC briefly. but left due to personal reasons. I have since.. recommitted. and when I graduate in the coming months.. You shall see me, much like this simple figure in uniform.. proudly bearing the mark of the US Army.. Ever vigilant, ever resourceful.. I will fly I will fight and I will protect what my grandfather fought for when he was attacked at Pearl Harbor, and my father as a chaplain in Name stood for and believed in. I hope this tribute, to past present and future events does not go unnoticed. Please comment.. And please.. A moment of silence for those who have fallen, will fall and are falling. They were taken from us before their time.
