Description
Between any two points, be they of historical or cultural interest, there were uniquely beautiful vistas. The way to Los Almos was no exception. It winds along at ever changing altitudes, through mountain passes naturally occurring and those clearly manmade.
There is still a charge in the air, or at least it seems so, as I walked about the buildings, the museums, the places that mayhaps those who worked on the Manhatten Project once walked, worked, lived......
Due to a security breech at the Bradbury Science Museum, it was closed to visitors all of last summer. A small disappointment. By the time I had done a walkabout and viewed those buildings and displays that were open, it felt time to leave this place of secrets old and known, and perhaps those still held behind tall walls and security fences , pocketed in between rock and sky and cloud.....

You spin a good yarn along with a beautiful vista! If Ansel Adams ever stopped here during his Arizona trip this could be one of his famous vistas as well []/;^)

I worked for a guy who wrote algorthyms for Los Alamos, my landlord headed up nuclear waste storage for Sandia. Terribly interesting people there, if you pay attention.
