Great fractal and very creative title, Rik! Yes, indeed it does look to be "stopped"...in the act...of being a spiral!! Excellent capture of this "mood" and lovely gradient! In a way...it looks almost like a wave starting to crash, but being stopped by some force of nature! Super!!
