It's a very good composition. But... The texture seems to be just layed over the whole foreground/background thing. And the effect of a distant blue "sky" is lost somehow... I would propose masking the texture layers with either foreground or background area...

This is so beautiful ,the first thing that went through my mind when i saw this image was Gauguin his style his colors and even an Haitian woman , Stunning work !! V

I like this. Nice colours and composition. I agree with Andreas (abmlober) to some extent, in that I think it would look better if the texture on the pale blue 'background' was different to the rest of the image, and maybe a little less strong.
