I was always puzzled by the Hatch Amendment until I finally saw Sen. Orin Hatch (Utah)at the Watergate hearings. As the hatchbacks appeared in the market place it was obvious this was not just the Mayfly hatch or even the love bug hatch. I'm no longer puzzled.
