Description

I planned on moving on to another shoot/event but I liked the toning technique I used for Elle so much that I decided to redo some of the photos of a second model I worked with that day. So, a few more from Olympic Nat'l Park. Location: Olympic National Park - Western Washington State Model: Mary Canon EOS 10D - Canon 70-200mm F/2.8L lens - Natural Light

She's got quite a tan, unless you dodged out the tree trunk. Does Elle have to wait on a log too! (Just stretch out here and wait ya turn!) LOL.

Addie - I very rarely dodge and burn my images these days. The tree trunk has no bark (it's on the beach) and was pretty much bleached by the sun. Everything else comes from the lighting and how it was photographed. And I don't know what you mean ... doesn't everyone make their models wait their turn by laying them out on logs? :)

Unusual couterintuitive pose for sure...noticed that immediately...seems to work well though...her skin tone is excellent with the contrasting bikini...very nice.
