Description

Had a nice "testing-day" with my eos300d. I tried ISO800 for the first time and I'm really happy with the results. Hope you like it too !!! This bird is called "Eichelhaeher" in german, is "jay" the correct name in english ? Picturesize minimized for gallery

Yes in English we call it Jay :) A nice shot of this shy bird - you camera performs well on ISO800

Excellent shot! Our Jays here are blue. We call them Blue Jays. There are other kinds of Jays too, such as the Stellar Jay, which I believe are black & blue in color. It could be a Jay, but not seeing the entire bird, I'm not sure. ;) This is a wonderful image.
