Beautiful work, it truly looks composed and you clearly worked hard to create the watercolor appearence of the background. Well done! Masterful work! (=

Gives me a yearning for the warm weather and flowers. Excellent creation, I admire the shadows and would like to see how that was created. Love it!

Great colors and doodie shapes! I like the backdrop, too, and the shadows - nice detail/touch! Excellent image.

This is an excellent spiral... and the colors harmonize sooo well. You have a charming style. Shadows, background, framing... a lovely composition. :)

A very good fractal. The colours, the good omposition, the background (how did you make this wonderful pattern?) - all is great here. Perhaps you could add a second of third texture to the spiral objects to hide what texture you have used.

Wonderful image! Excellent use of color and lighting. Well defined shapes and the shadows add great depth to it! I love it!

Thanks, everyone, for the comments. I appreciate the feedback a great deal. I also wanted to respond to the questions about how the shadows and background were created. The shadows were created by duplicating the layers that make up the shape, setting the gradients to a mostly transparent gray, and moving the layers out from behind the shape a bit. The background is made from 3 layers using the pixel formulat and S.F.B.M. II ucl. The base uses the soft gird noise function, the middle layer uses the soft squarry truchet noise function, and the uppermost layer uses the soft roundy truchet noise function with flavour 1 set to string-sharp. If you'd like the parameters to see exactly how I got these effects, just tell me where to send them. Thanks again for all the feedback!
