Description

Can anyone tell me why sometimes when rendering subdivision objects holes appear in the render? Anyway, a lame attempt at a human head-turned into a really weird character, but looked mildy interesting so I thought I'd post it.

Nice work so far Skyfox As for as the holes appearing, it can be a couple of things... You might need to go to your objects properties in Layout, then up the "render sub patch level" to around 5 - 6, maybe higher. You may also have Non-Planer polys in your model (above 4 sided polys), in that case just use the triple tool in modeller, but dont go crazy with it, lol. I hope that helps you and I hope you finish this cool peice off. :o)

Good start Sky, dont say its a lame attempt you just need to work on it for a little while. As for that hole Zeno already told you everything.
