Good surreal image.More use of textures might be nice and play around with your lighting.:-)

Nice surreal beginning. I'd say the lighting of the shoe is not giving it enough definition. Also, the shadows seems to edgy.

Agree with above comments; also infinite gound planes are pretty overdone, perhaps something back there.
