Description

This picture of "Sutherland Fall" situated 12 miles south of our little town of Revelstoke. BC.Canada. It was taken with my new 6.1 MG/Pentax IST-D. a couple weeks ago during a little cold spell. I had to snowshoe in the deep white powder for about 5 miles,up hill both ways :) on very steep and dangerous ground to get to destination!I had a bit of trouble finding the location,I found myself more often on my butt than standing up,and other times ,just hanging on by a twig or a branch! If my wife only knew!:( Like I usely say :If you want the price, some time have to be willing to do the exercice!I'm still sore of the event, but it was worth it for me anyway! Thanks for your comments on my pre-posted ! It was "Weelll..." worth it also !:) Have a great day !

LOL...Its unbelievable what the paparazzi has to go thru to get a master piece picture like this. This Frozen waterfalls is just incredible. Even its mist seems to be suspended in a frozen cloud. There is a flavor of bluish color in the frozen waterfalls that makes it so impressive. Love it! Aloha

What a display. A scene like this must make all the hard work worthwhile. This stuff looks like an old candle bottle. I hope the bruised butt heals quick!
