Description

Tried something a little different here. I had promised my son an image with a pirate ship, and my first try didn't work out. So I told him the ship had sunk and the survivors built a raft and ended up on the river in my last image. I don't think he believed me, so I had to do an image showing him the ship had sunk. Thanks to JedSwindells for his super free ships, and the wreck came from PlanIT3d. This image has been postworked to enhance the atmosphere.

Oh man youve created something wonderful here done in the tradition of the old world masters. Love your lighting and use of colors & hues. How on earth did you get the sea to look so real and life like? Excellent work of art

Love it, the expressions are convincing and the waterline is a pleasant change from the general LACK of a realistic waterline in 3D imagery... Other than what was said in the forums, I find it nearly perfect!
