(I just spent a lot of time typing this text into a document so I could see it in a more readable format. It's a lot of text, some of it barely legible, so I hope I have earned the right to post a lengthy reply...) Dear Policarp, it is always distressing to see an agnostic engrossed in such a deeply spiritual struggle. To whom can you possibly turn? You haven't found God with your intellectual pursuit, and you know that that there is more to a human being than can possibly be explained by physical laws, so you have to find a substitute. You cast the Universe itself into the role of Creator. My friend, admit that there must be a true Creator; and if that is so, then understand He would not have created us without a purpose or left us to find it for ourselves; that He would have revealed Himself to His earliest creations. Much of what you wrote parallels what Israel's King Solomon wrote in the book of Ecclesiastes some 3500 years ago. Read it, it's in any Bible, and you will find that humans have struggled with the same questions as you for uncounted generations. But in the end, Solomon swallowed his pride and came back to confessing the God of his father and forefathers. "God shall judge every deed", he wrote, "and every secret, whether it be good or evil." (Ecclesiates 12:14). I urge you to end your struggle and look to God as the only Reason that makes sense, and as the final Judge before whom, as you say, we will all stand naked. In that fearful day, he will either clothe us or allow us to spend eternity denying that He has the right to do so. The choice is ours, courtesy of Jesus Christ, without Whom we would have no such choice, no hope, no purpose. My prayers are with you.
