Description

This was a quikie. More than anything, I wanted a render to test the Planet postwork. Been working on a better way to create planets than Lunarcell. I think this is a slight improvement :) Thanks for looking!

Stunning planet! Done with WHAT (Photo Shop or Corel Photo Paint?) - or a Mojoworld import? Fantastic space art.

Looks like the earth has fizzled out and the moon is coming to life. COOL!

Agree with the imperator! Really FANTASTIC one. Terrain, coloring and PoV are also first class! Found a new way to create planets? I'm listening... ;) I can't remember, where I've heard the title before - think, it's from a movie, I've seen within the last two or three weeks. Could it be right?

Superb Work David! I don't care for Lunarcell much either. You must have really tweaked this Planet before layering it in. Looks Awesome, one of the Best I've seen!

Awesome pw, pov, terrain and lighting; excellent surface and mood - wonderful sci-fi art - did you use a 3d app to create the planet (I sometimes use Cinema 4D when I'm not feeling lazy)!

Amazing postwork with this planets and the stones. Remembers me of some star trek worlds :) the gravity on this planet must be quite deadly with such a big neighbour. Perfect work you did here.
