Description

when out west a few years ago with my son. I going to write a story on it soon. He say that I ruin his trip when I say I was going with him . lol I going to have to write about it. I will tell you the trip did bring us close together so if you think you need bonding to some one go on a two week car trip. I rite all about it and what he thought be a right of passage from boyhood to manhood on a trip by himself that I ruined by going with him lol I got to stop gettting a head of myself. I write the story soon. Here we at the petrified forest. The sun was not out out the time as you can see. The canera I do not know this was a few years ago and just find these photos. So you may see more of the trip out west. Oh if you live out west and wish to bond go east then lol. thanks for looking and comments and votes

Fascinating landscape! I bet that he really appreciates your going with him now. My daughter won't even go to WalMart with me unless I'm paying for whatever she wants!

Years ago I used to travel a lot on business was away from home 2 weeks in every month during the of school season when my daughter turned 16 I started to take here with me. Best time of my life. She's maried now with her own daughter, but every once in a while she will say to me dad remember when we went to such and such a place. She herself is really fond of those times. Fantastic Jocko! "V" (you brought those wonderful memories back with your words) Thanks.

when I was young and on a solo trip I worked one day for Grand Canyon Caverns moving petrified wood around the place for landscaping and it was no fun, but got me enough money to get to New Mexico and a bite to eat. I think now my son and I could go on a long trip but not when he was young.excellent foto Jock and thanks for sharing it
