Hi everyone, and thanks for visting my home page here on Renderosity.
My gallery here consists of both 2D and 3D work, and I always list the software I used to make it. If you have any questions on how I did something, feel free to contact me.BIOIt really is an honor to have the ability to display my art work here, among such a rich and vibrant world-wide artist community. I am often amazed, and even more often humbled, by the artists and the work I see here.
If you see anything in my gallery that you particularly like, please don't be shy, let me know by leaving a comment or by signing my guest book below. It's how I learn to improve myself, both as an artist, and as an objective viewer of art, so it really is appreciated.
A little about me:
Well, as you can see, I'm kinda too young for my own good. Born in 1957, I refused to emotionally mature any further after age 7, hence the picture here --->; think of this as a precise picture of the emotional me!
I'm a proud Daddy, who practices architecure here in NY all by my lonesome self; I draw, sculpt (when I can), play guitar (when the local ordinances haven't figured out how to stop me), design web sites, create all sorts of digital art, do some light programming and multimedia stuff, and, work out almost every day (one day, when I really grow up, I'm gonna be Arnold!).
Art has been a major part of my life since my 2nd grade friend, Walter, used to draw comic book heroes for me during lunch. That's when the bug hit me, and never left. I always drew things and created stuff, but it was secondary to playing baseball and basektball when I was younger. Today, I still play ball, but my art comes first; you can catch me at my 'puter most of the time, deeply entrenched in Strata 3D, my very favorite 3D program, as you can see from the images in my gallery here - one day, if I practice long and hard enough, I might actually become almost good with it!
Oh crap, Jimmy Neutron is starting...
Gotta Blast!

As a licensed architect you should know that it wasn't them not being connected that caused them to fall but the thousands degree temps that weakened the steel to butter. They survive the attack because they were built like no other. But jet fuel was never a concern in consturctions. Besides your rendering leaves no room for the plaza which if the towers go up again is were a memorial should stand. A New Yorker

dreamworker; 1. I never said not being connected caused them to fall, but, I did infer that being connected will make them stronger. This is most certainly true, and that is a fact. Whether they would be able to survive a fully fueled 707, I truly don't have enough technical information at this point to give a firm answer. I just don't know, but, they would certainy have a better chance. 2. Being a NY'er, I assume that you have been to the WTC, and that you know know that there is so much plaza outside the footprint of the twin towers all around, that this connection between the two towers can be made with much room left over for open space; additionally, my intention is to incorporate into this connection a 20 story glass atrium at its base that can allow those entering it to enter either tower at each end, or, to have the view of NJ through the other end; the atrium itslef would be a monumental public plaza with a sizable memorial to the catastrophe that took place onthat very spot. Can't show all that inthis rendeing.. but, Sometimes you should ask first, instead of judging so quickly. Best to you.. A New Yorker, thru and thru!

I have always thought about connecting them, not for strength as such, moreso that in an emergency people inside either tower "should" have a chance of evacuating. I also wish they built the 2 in there original form, but with 3 of them - the Tri Towers. I am currently recreating the towers with as much detail as possible - soon to be on my homepage [masteratwork.com]. Originally from London England I've been to NYC 9 times and it's my dream to live there one day. I consider myself A New Yorker.
