Description

I wanted to get a brushed metal look on this. The metal is a very complex procedural texture made up of raytrace, shellac & about 35 different noise layers for texture and bump.It didn't come out as good as I hoped,I wanted to use a reflection map,but it just didn't reflect right so I took it out.but it looks ok i guess. The top image is the finished textured model. The bottom left is the finished model with GI lighting and no textures. The bottom right is the completed image with some burn marks added around the holes.Made with max 4.2,some post with Photoshop 6.I would be happy to here any comments or suggestion you might have. Thanks for looking.

The model isn't very good, it's very simple to make that model like you and the reflection and the other texture's are very bad.
