Description


Your ancestors, in their incessant traveling, no doubt needed certain obvious waypoints to guide them along their way. A tree twisted out of shape, a Traveler's Tree (Gnarled Wood by Traveler) would have made a fine waypoint from which to start off in another direction. This would have given the wanderers a place to rest, to feel confident in their travels, and a place they know they'll find on their journey home. This was passed on to modern days, as you all know, found primarily among aircraft fliers and operators of computer flight sims of all kinds.
