Incredible!!! Thanks for indicating the # of holons, I was wondering how in heck you did that. This is fabulous. I love the detail and depth you created, as well as the humor of making the stack of numbers appear like someone has to change the time by hand on the digital clock. "V"

Delightful! A very interesting switch from analog to digital clocks. A lovely surreal jumble of digital bits and pieces.

What the heck is a holon? This is so cool. The numbers are a little intimidating for a math flunk like me....but still I like it.

0010 0000 0110 0111, 0010 0000 0110 0111, BCD. Nice looking board and seven segment displays. The digital/analog debate goes on, no gears, springs, or weights but no intermediate steps no matter how many places you carry it out. We used to have to build digital counters in school and they could be very cool looking but certainly nothing as great as this!

I love the digital, Dirk. It's a great counterpoint to what you've been doing. 96, eh? I don't know how you can keep track, let alone finish an image in less than a week.

Maybe its disfunctional, becuase its telling you to slow down..:) im not to sure how you get the time to spend on such intricate and powerful pieces of art! You say it took 96 holons to create, you must have very good eyesight to know where they all should be arranged! With numbers like "20:67" it must be a "stopwatch"...or do they have a underlying personal meaning? Amazing build up to the celebration of time Dirk! :)
