Description
Time is just before dawn.
The sky is going from Black to Blue.
The stars have receded to where ever they go during the day.
Dampness and chill still hang above the ground.
Nothing is moving, still sleeping.
Everything is restless in their slumber.
Just waiting for the 1st spot of light on the Eastern horizon.
The mist covers a large area but it's thin.
As the sun rises warming the hills, it will burn off the mist.
Moisture will drop on the ground, not much but just enough.
Soon all will wake.
Plants, animals and even the ground will seek the warmth of the day and leave the damp chill of the night behind.
