Nice glass effects but the candles and wax could do with some work. The flames look a bit like glass - maybe a 3d shader could ahve been used instead. Good effort though

I like it....great colours, very clean image...thou the flames do look alittle flat, but i like the addition of the shinged end on the wicks...good one.

Funny, but I just posted a candle scene a few days ago, as well. I don't know which version of C4D you have, but, if you have the Advanced Render module, you should definitely read up on the Sub-surface Scattering portion. If you don't there are techniques to use to properly emulate candle wax and flames... they take some preparation in your image edior (PhotoShop), but, it's well worth it. Good luck, and keep at it!
