- This is the 2nd of a series I shot 2-5-05 - - The Faces of a Sunset will try to capture the emotions and moods of one of many views of the sunset on that day in time - - The 2nd I call Majesty - - I thank you for taking a moment to view - I hope you will enjoy :) - Please take care - - SoulEatar - - Photo's shot with Canon PowerShot S1IS - ISO 50 - No postwork of any kind was used on any of the photo's in this series - The images have been resized to 40% of Original for viewing and no resharpening was used after resize -

Some think there is no majesty in a sunset. They think it goes with the dawn. They even coin a term for the broken down--sundowners. I've been at Sunset and Vine in Hollywood and on Sunrise in Fort Lauderdale. Your picture draws near to another view of open water in an icey waste. The light holds all the energy. The answer to the question "What are you looking up here for?" seems obvious. Done, time to search for the living on earth while there is still time.
